When my old PC died completely, I realized it was hazardous waste according to the local regulations. I was supposed to take it to one of the collection points, which are normally located in places where it is difficult to go, if you don't own a car (I don't). So, I took another look at the machine and got an idea and now I'm turning it into a dollhouse.
To take the idea a bit further, I decided to turn this into a recycling project. I will be using as much recycled parts and material as possible, but of course glue, paints, tape, modeling clay and such will be an exception. If I need anything I cannot make by myself, I'll try to find it in second-hand shops. We'll see how that will turn out as the project proceeds.
As this is going to be a long project with lot of pictures, I'm placing the descriptions on separate pages. I will add new pages in the order the project proceeds.
