These patterns for doll shoes are in PDF format. Right-click the picture and select "Save link as..." (or something to that effect) to download the PDF file.
Note that the patterns are made for printing on A4 paper. You should be able to print them correctly on a Letter size also, if you do not resize the pages in any way.
These shoes are for Tiny Betsy McCall, but you can easily scale the pattern for other dolls with flat feet.
