These patterns for doll clothes are in PDF format. Right-click the picture and select "Save link as..." (or something to that effect) to download the PDF file.
Note that the patterns are made for printing on A4 paper. You should be able to print them correctly on a Letter size also, if you do not resize the pages in any way.
The doll modeling the clothes is Mademoiselle Rosebud Blythe.
The first pattern is for the coat shown in the picture, second one for the trousers and third one for the vest.
